These discipline martial arts shoes are made with a lightweight leather, and can weigh up to 15% less that comparable martial arts shoes. The shoes feature athletic-shoe styling with lace up front and a separate leather tongue. They have large mesh side vents which keep your feet cool during intensive training. They also feature extra thick padding around the ankles which offer extra protection and comfort for kicking. The have a deep notch in the heel which pads and isolates the Achilles tendon, protecting from pinching and injury during training. For grapplers and practitioners of mixed martial arts these shoes offer an extra layer of rubber towards the front of the sole which is designed to provide extra grip on the mat and increase your leverage. These Shoes are sized in US mens sizes. For womens sizes, subtract 1 full size to the mens size.

Please note, Discipline shoes tend to run a half size smaller than normal shoe sizes.

These shoes are in mens sizes. For a correct fit, women should order one size smaller. For instance, if you need a women's size seven shoe, you should order a men's size six.
