Made with soft, lightweight leather the discipline martial arts shoes are as much as 15% lighter than other martial arts shoes. These shoes feature an athletic shoe style design with a lace-up front and separated leather tongue. The shoe has breathable mesh side panels that will help to keep your feet cool and dry during intense training and competition. The heels are deeply notched to provide a full, natural range of motion and eliminate the restrictive feel common in athletic shoes. This shoe has advantages for all martial artists, including grapplers and practitioners of mixed martial arts. The front features an extra layer of rubber in front of the instep to provide extra gripping when on the mat. The soles are made with a special non-marking rubber that easily grips most surfaces providing control and stability.

Please note, Discipline shoes tend to run a half size smaller than regular shoe sizes.

These shoes are in mens sizes. For a correct fit, women should order one size smaller. For instance, if you need a women's size seven shoe, you should order a men's size six.
