My path to founding Kungfu4less.com began with an unexpected twist. After earning my BA in Political Science from UCLA, I planned to pursue law school, but a family emergency shifted my course. I landed an entry-level sales role at Roundhouse Inc., an Inc. 500 company, where I honed my skills and rapidly advanced to Western Regional Sales Manager. When the company was acquired by Targus Inc., I continued for two more years before facing a sudden job loss in 2003. That moment of uncertainty became the spark for Kungfu4less.com, launched in 2004.
As a Korean American, I grew up immersed in martial arts, with my family’s 50-year legacy in the industry in Korea. I trained extensively in Taekwondo as a youth and briefly explored Jiu-Jitsu, learning mental discipline and resilience that shaped my life. Though I no longer train, those principles guide me daily and fueled my determination to build Kungfu4less.com through tough early years. What felt like a setback became a blessing in disguise, leading me to create a business I’m passionate about.

Orders that can ship in an 18x12x8 box or small and weight less than 10 pound will usually be shipped with the Post Office (USPS).
Order over 10 pounds in boxes larger that 18x12x8 will usually be shipped using UPS.
