In most all cases nunchaku are permitted to be used in martial arts schools and to be studied by students in a responsible way under the instruction of a martial arts teacher. Yes we do ship to California and Massachusetts, however we state in our terms that while it is legal for us to export them, it is technically illegal for you to import them into these three states unless you are a licensed martial arts school or a student of a licensed martial arts school.

Nunchaku are only legal in these states if you are a student or teacher in a legal registered martial arts school.

Defenatly five star.5I havent used nunchakas for 30 years. Its good to use high quality chucks like these. As a retired security guard they were a good non leathal option. Great products...Thank you.

ok4i would give it a 3 and a half if i could. the nunchucks are very thick, (which is good for some and bad for others), and after i day of usage, if feels like the rope is extending. also, for any other 13 year old kids like me, the nunchucks rope is very very long. But it isnt too bad
