Kungfu4less Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Kungfu4less. Please review our return policy carefully before ordering. All sales are subject to the following terms.

1. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed.

2. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe
* Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
* Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original tags and retail packaging. Non-compliant items will be returned at the customer’s expense or charged a 25% restocking fee if the customer does not want the item back.

Initiation
* Complete the online Returns Form to start the process. For assistance, email returns@kungfu4less.com.

Response Time
* Expect a response within 24–48 business hours. Weekend submissions are processed the next business day.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Books, videos, or customized items (e.g., embroidered belts, silk-screened uniforms) This includes any items that have been altered, sewn, screened or embroidered.
* Washed or used merchandise.
* Opened personal hygiene items (e.g., mouth guards, underwear/cups).

4. Condition Requirements
Uniforms
* Uniforms must not be excessively wrinkled. Improperly packed items that are damaged or unsellable will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Shoes
* Ship shoes in an outer box to protect the original retail box, which must be in new, resalable condition. Returns with labels on the retail box will be refused.

5. Shipping and Costs
Customer Responsibility
* Customers cover all return and exchange shipping costs, except for Kungfu4less errors (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Shipping Options
* An optional discounted return shipping label is available. Customers may use any carrier.
* For exchanges, return shipping costs are charged to the customer’s credit card.
Lost Returns
* Kungfu4less is not liable for lost or misdelivered returns. Use a trackable, insured shipping service.
Promotional Shipping
* Promotional shipping offers (e.g., free shipping) do not apply to returns or exchanges. Full shipping costs apply. Any orders using the promo shipping will be considered a new order.

6. Fees
* A 15% restocking fee applies to returns. Exchanges incur no restocking fee.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
* If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Kungfu4less will provide a prepaid return label and a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not issued; replacements of the exact same items are provided only. Report any issues promptly to remain eligible, as delays may void claims.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Any order refused by the recipient or returned by the carrier due to an undeliverable address will be treated as an unauthorized return. The following costs will be deducted from your final refund
1. Original shipping charges (including orders that qualified for "Free Shipping" promotions)
2. All return shipping costs charged by the carrier.
3, A 15% restocking fee.
To avoid these fees, please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you are available to accept delivery..


9. Return Process
1. Submit the online Returns Form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address within 48 hours.
2. Securely package the item, meeting all condition requirements, and ship to the provided address.
3. Allow up to 3 weeks for processing returns or exchanges.
