I have been a lifelong Adidas wearer. I am a fencing instructor teaching collegiate and classical fencing (HEMA), and man-at -arms, so I teach grappling and combat wrestling, and these shoes fit the bill admirably for both.
I have learned in the past to order a size up (11.5 for 10.5) for Adidas running shoes, but the Adikicks run true to size. Happily, the pair I first ordered for me, fit my son perfectly, where they are too long and wide for my foot.Pros:Light, durable, plenty of traction on smooth surfaces (Mats, gymnasium floors, dance studio floors, and fencing strips.
Cons:They run hot for extended wear.
