I would recommend to a friend

Mostly great 4 It's definitely a tough bokken that could take a beating. However, it's not as balanced as other katanas and bokkens I've used. But for the price, it's truly a steal. I ordered two, and intend to spar with my friends. I have no doubt that they will hold up for a very long time.

Pros:Very tough and durable. Has a nice weight to it.

Cons:Not very well balanced. Plastic hand guard isn't great.

I would recommend to a friend

Excellent Value 5 I bought this for my son as he needs to practice with a bokken for his form. It is a good weight and, despite the plastic hand guard, a good value.

Pros:Good weight, nice wood

Cons:Plastic hand guard
